Why  walking?walking

I love to drive that used to be going on time and early to stay away on a traffic  jam on a long trip. Sitting on a place  where  you want to relax for a while to unwind. Love the work that you do even if you don’t like it as long as you will never quit on achieving your goals. So what about simple walking, I used to have a slightly osteoarthritis at the back of knees which attacks several times and the greatest pain I experience was 24hours before it get back to normal that the medicine aid I took was not effective anymore that because of eating a vegetables with seeds,( e.i….monggo, sitaw/beans).It has something to do also with the food that we intake into our body. I also used to have a spider veins until now because of overwork that sometimes we forgot to stop, laugh have fun and enjoy!. Our body is the only place we live in so we better take care of to live longer, healthy active lifestyle, stay longer …..stay young…:)
